Volunteer
We rely on our volunteers! If you would like to volunteer but are not sure exactly where your talents could be utilized, read below for some of our volunteer opportunities:
Peer Advocates
An opportunity to minister to our clients one-on-one, offering them the hope of the gospel, a listening ear, encouragement, and supplies. Training is provided. Both English and Spanish speakers are needed.
921 Center Teachers
Teach Life Skills classes at the 921 Center. Build relationships with students by teaching subjects such as healthy relationships, Bible studies, youth classes, and cooking.
Event Team
Join the event team and assist with Mercy’s two annual fundraising events. Lovin’ Life and our Annual Fundraising Dinner.
Bilingual Office Support
Assist with phone calls and communications at the 921 Center.
Church Representatives
If your church doesn’t have a Mercy representative, you can be that person! The role includes attending two meetings a year, communicating Mercy’s events to your congregation, and organizing baby bottle and diaper drives.
Other Opportunities
There are a variety of other ways you can help serve Mercy Ministries, such as:
- Handyman/Building Maintenance
- Painting
- Yard work
- Host a fundraising event
- Lead a post-abortive Bible study

Material Donations
We accept material donations for our clients.
One of the best ways to see our needs is through our Amazon Wishlist.
Another great way is our Immediate Needs List, which is updated seasonally.
From the comfort of your home, you can directly ship diapers and other needed items listed below. Order items from an online merchant and directly ship them to our liaison, Debbie Stutzman.
